ManageMe sits on top of a BudgetPilot budget. It is the layer a funder uses to screen a borrower, approve a budget, release money against it, and watch what actually happens.
Screening and approval
A prospective borrower can be required to build their budget in BudgetPilot as part of the funding application. ManageMe streamlines the data input and analysis, and produces a plain reading of where the budget is strong and where it is weak.
Controlled disbursement
Approved finance is paid into a controlled account. Suppliers are paid directly against the approved budget lines, and the business is left a discretionary amount for variable expenses. The funder can deduct their own loan repayments directly from that account, and monitor actual performance against budget as it happens. This is a real fraud control mechanism, not a report someone re-keys elsewhere.
