Valyn Department Cockpit
A manager's view of one department, and the loop down to the staff in it.
The Department Cockpit is the top Cockpit level. A department manager uses it for their own department only. They do not see other departments.
What it does
Summary numbers and a fifteen month trend for the department. Work allocation, assign a task to a named staff member with a target, and the tick and short comment come back in the system. No email. The manager is held responsible, so the manager is given the information to manage with.
Who uses it
A department manager, a general manager where there is no dedicated one, or an accounting firm working across its client book. Opens automatically on sign in, based on role.
