A five year business budget that cannot be gamed.
Most budgets are a wish list typed in an afternoon. BudgetPilot is built so you cannot do that. It forces you to think about the business one year at a time, in real quantities, not in numbers that flatter the page.
How it works
You budget the full five years. You may zero the last two, but you lose the benefit of the product if you do. Each year is captured on its own, by the quantity you expect to sell each month, per product. You never enter a currency amount directly, because amounts lie. You cannot look back at the quantities you entered for an earlier year while you work on the current one, so there is no copy forward and no anchoring on last year's guess.
What comes out
From those quantities BudgetPilot builds your projected income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for the whole period, and feeds the numbers straight into the rest of the Valyn suite so your Retirement Requirement is measured against a real plan.

Entrepreneurs budgeting their own business. Accountants preparing budgets for their clients.
